The refreshed 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander debuts Mitsubishi's new corporate face called "dynamic shield" and gains an updated exterior design. 18-inch wheels, LED position lights, tailgate garnish, and LED taillights are standard on all models.
The 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander is a three-row crossover available in front- and all-wheel-drive configurations. This is a 166-hp 2.4-liter I-4 with 162 lb-ft of torque that's paired to a CVT.
Inside the 2016 Outlander, changes include a redesigned steering wheel, seating surfaces, accent trim, a new audio head unit, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.
The crossover's suspension and body structure has also received improvements for better ride and handling, and an electric power steering system has been added. A new continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) has been added to all models except the V-6-powered GT trim.
